Due to some discussions that have been going on at various forums and emails sent to us from our users regarding THE EVERLASTING SUMMER MOMENTS PHOTO CONTEST, we’ve decided to change the Conditions of the contest leaving the copyrights of the photograph with the photographer.
According to the new conditions, all entrants have to agree to grant ReadyPhotoSite.com permission to use the work for promotional purposes, in any of our publications, electronic media or printed materials. Entrants also hav to understand that their work may be published in affiliated newspapers, magazines, and periodicals, solely for the purpose of promoting the work, the photographer, and the Contest. We reserve the right to use the photos in ReadPhotoSite design themes as the sample photos in the gallery or/and as the background image in the header or/and the body (as a general rule the photos are being replaced by the works of photograher/artist who buy our products). However, copyrights of the photograph shall remain with the photographer at all times, and every time we get to use their works, they’ll get a credit.
After all, we’ve launched THE EVERLASTING SUMMER MOMENTS PHOTO CONTEST for the sake of photography art, and not profit.
That said, feel free to submit your summer photographs not worrying about being unable to share them with others!
